"We chose Ben Guglielmi to help us sell our house in Providence. He gave us great advice on how to fix up our home so that it was in very desirable shape when we put it on the market. The house was staged beautifully and the photographer took wonderful pictures. Ultimately, we had numerous showings and were able to find a buyer within a short period of time. Ben made the process of selling our home from out-of-state very easy, and we recommend him highly." - Eli B.

"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ben! I first met Ben when I was looking very casually at buying my first place, and signed up for an open house at a very cool historic property that I absolutely could not afford. Ben happily conversed with me over text about our mutual love for quirky houses anyways, which eventually led to us meeting and chatting about what my partner and I were looking for in our first home. Ben understood that we had some pretty specific requests in mind to meet and was never pushy or intense about us finding a place immediately. He seemed to really understand what we were looking for in a house, and when we did finally find the perfect spot, he walked us through next steps clearly and efficiently. Throughout the process, Ben was patient and communicative, and his deep knowledge of the area meant that he offered amazing recommendations for lenders and inspectors alike. He was also an excellent negotiator and got us credits we didn't even know we qualified for. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who feels like a real partner with knowledge, a sense of humor, and a good attitude!" - Elizabeth G.

Every so often an opportunity presents itself to possess an extraordinary piece of cultural history. The true story of ā€˜The Conjuring’ started in this very house, in Harrisville, RI. The critically acclaimed original movie was based on accounts taken from inhabitants of this fourteen-room farmhouse. Rumored to be haunted by the presence of Bathsheba Sherman, who in the 1800’s lived in the house, 1677 Round Top Road is one of the most well-known haunted houses in the United States. The chilling stories from this house have inspired dozens of books and movies. Many qualified paranormal researchers have been invited into the home - most famously Ed and Lorraine Warren, who founded the oldest ghost hunting team in New England, and in the 1970’s were hired to rid the home of its evil. The Warrens confirmed that the events depicted in The Conjuring movies (the third just recently released) actually transpired. The current caretakers have reported countless happenings in the house, and have turned overnight guest bookings and group events on the property into a steady successful business.
