About Ben
Born into a family with deep roots in real estate development, Ben Caspi is the fourth generation to enter the industry. Originally from San Diego, Ben has lived in Los Angeles for more than a decade and has a unique understanding of the area having himself lived in a range of neighborhoods throughout the city.
A graduate of the prestigious USC School of Cinema-Television, Ben spent his twenties in the entertainment industry working with some of the top talent agencies. Ben mastered his client-first approach during this time which made his transition to real estate effortless.
Ben is extremely passionate about helping his clients fulfill their needs -- whether it is a first time home buyer or an experienced investor looking for opportunities in the Southern California marketplace. In both 2015 and 2018, Ben made the highest priced condo sale in all of Beverly Hills. A former "Rookie of the Year" at his previous firm, Nest Seekers International, Ben was also recognized as their top-selling California agent in 2015.
Aside from Ben's expertise in real estate, he is an active board member of the Young Men’s Division of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home where he has volunteered his time on events that have raised nearly a million dollars to care for elderly Jews throughout Los Angeles.
