About Belynda
Working with a broad variety of people, coupled with my love of Philadelphia housing and architecture drew me from the corporate business world into real estate more than 20 years ago. After a successful career in business: sales, banking, and investment management, I wanted to expand my horizons, to take my wide base of knowledge, experience and expertise into a field, real estate, where I can work with individuals on a more personal basis.
My first concern is my client: to provide them with all the information and guidance they need to make their best real estate decisions. My goal is to be available for every client every step of the way through the process, and to be there afterwards. After my first dozen years in real estate, when I worked with many corporate and executive relocation clients, I chose to concentrate on referral based clients.
Direct and forthright, I strive to provide a streamlined, hands-on process to simplify every real estate transaction.
While I work with clients who have many tastes and preferences, my special interest lies in Philadelphia’s many older houses which have architectural and historical interest. I want to know the history of house owners and share that story.
In my leisure time, I enjoy reading a wide variety of books, walking, and birding. Education and degrees:
North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC: BA Sociology (emphasis on Urban evolution) University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School: MBA Marketing (emphasis on retail marketing)
