Belinda Hicks Broderick

A native Charlottean, Belinda grew up near South Park, attending both Providence Day and Myers Park High and then East Carolina University. In addition to maintaining a vast network of lifelong friends from her childhood here, before becoming a real estate broker in 2005 she was in the wine distribution business for over 15 years. Her neighborhood expertise begins in South Charlotte but, as a licensed broker in both NC & SC, she sells from Lake Wylie to Lake Norman and pretty much everywhere in between.

She has watched the region grow from a sleepy southern town to a vibrant sprawling city and loves nothing better than putting her vast regional experience and connections to work for you when you are buying or selling your Charlotte area home. A Five-Star Professional Realtor® of Charlotte winner for 12 consecutive years, Belinda has resided first Dilworth, then Sedgefield since the early ‘90’s.  She enjoys reading, cooking, taking care of her sweet dog Savannah and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society.
