Barbara's reputation for efficiency and effectiveness comes from nearly four decades in real estate. In addition to her accomplishments in sales and marketing, she has held management positions at several brokerages and is a mentor to many. She also has expertise as a teacher and adjunct professor, working in early childhood and special education.

Very active in the community, Barbara has served as Vice President of Membership for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce; is a past officer of the Beverly Hills Women's Network; executive committee member for the Monty Hall Diabetes Tennis Tournament; a founding member and executive board member of the Israel Tennis Centers; and served as both Membership Chair and on the Professional Ethics Committee for the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors.
In addition, Barbara was appointed to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee, serving on the Visitor Relations Advisory Commission. She holds a master's degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University.
