Barbara Kearney has been working in the real estate industry since 2003. For 21 years, she was the broker/owner of her own real estate company, Layton Real Estate, a cornerstone of the community since 1967, when her grandfather began the business. 

 Her approach is rooted in a commitment to transparency, integrity, and putting her clients’ needs first. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Barbara strives to offer personalized solutions that make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

When she's not working with clients, Barbara is likely spending quality time with her family and their two dogs, cheering on the KC Chiefs, or catching a live concert.
