"We had Barbara as our selling agent for our house. The house we sold was my childhood home, and residence for nearly 30 years. That being said there were as many emotional hurdles as well as logistical ones. Barbara not only understood our emotional and logistic needs of selling our house, but actually cared about making it as easy for us as possible. She laid out everything we needed to know from the very beginning. Bringing her in for a market assessment, she was relaxed and wasn't pressuring at any time. Once we were ready to move forward, her knowledge of the process and abilities in helping us through each step was unprecedented. As we hit challenges along the way, she remained optimistic and supportive of the outcome. In the end, I can't imagine having had any other agent to help us sell our house and make our dreams of starting a new chapter a reality" - Ben

"Barbara was fantastic. As a first time home buyer she led me through the often overwhelming process. She had a clear idea of what I was looking for and tailored her suggestions to my needs. She never was pushy or in a rush to make the deal. I felt I had a true advocate in this process and someone who put my happiness above all else" - Pat

"Barbara Francke was a wonderful resource when buying my home in Eastham, MA. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From making an offer to closing, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. She was responsive to all of my questions. She went above and beyond expectations to make the home buying process proceed smoothly. This was especially important to me because I was managing the purchase from out of state. Even now, more than a year after closing, I know that Barbara is still there for me to help answer questions. If you are looking for an agent who will support you like a friend, choose Barbara Francke" - Anne

"Barbara is a real estate dynamo. We put our house in Massachusetts on the market while being quarantined in another state. She took over and directed the organization and staging of our house, had amazing photos taken and an awesome video filmed. The house never looked better. She was extremely helpful in getting referrals for repairs that we needed. She jumped in and offered to help us in so many ways other brokers that I have worked with in the past just didn't. She has a really good knowledge of the real estate market on the Cape, was exceptionally pleasant to work with, and very successful at selling our house just as the Covid-19 hit. Recommend her highly!" - Elizabeth
