Education
With 20 years’ experience, more than 250 successful transactions, and over a billion dollars in volume of sales, I have enjoyed working in all areas of Manhattan representing high-end luxury co-ops, condos, and townhouses for buyers, sellers, and investors. My international network is exceptional having served as a diplomat in France, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Nations in Geneva and New York. It was at the United Nations that I learned the art of the deal and first acquired negotiation skills and a discreet style. As a Native New Yorker, I was educated at The Spence School, Wheaton College, and at the Sorbonne, including a postgraduate degree from the Australian National University.
My colleagues and customers value my creativity in marketing, attention to detail, and dogged determination to succeed, they know I deliver! I am devoted to my family and friends, a passionate lover of the arts, good food and wines as well as fashion and travel to almost anywhere. As leader of the EVANS-BUTLER TEAM, my colleagues, and I work together, hand in glove to give you 24/7 service.
I have served on several Boards including; The Women’s international Forum at UNNY, The American Australian Association, OTR (Off the Record) of The Foreign Policy Association, The American Friends of the Australian National Gallery, The Cosmopolitan Club, the International Committee, and currently, Board Member of the Public Interests Committee.

Piantaverna Restored 17th Century Farmhouse
Ideally situated in the heart of the undulating Umbrian hills on the very private Reschio Estate is Piantaverna, a 17th century thoughtfully restored farmhouse that has recently been restyled and is available for sale fully furnished. Piantaverna includes both a Main House and a Guest House. The romantic layout revolves around a rose-lined courtyard with a lovely fountain at its center.
The Main House has two floors and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The Guest House, also with two floors, is perfectly designed for an additional 2 guests. The Main House Ground Floor is introduced by an arched portico that opens onto a gracious Entrance Gallery with a powder room. A rustic yet refined Living Room with a grand limestone fireplace flows into a fully equipped open Country Kitchen with breakfast island, spacious Formal Dining Room, as well as a charming Conservatory. Of pivotal architectural significance are the seven arched doorways with three section glass doors that surround both the Dining Room and the Conservatory. Beyond these rooms is an al fresco Dining Patio. Off the northern side of the entrance gallery are a storage area and laundry room. Below the Ground Floor is a spacious Wine Cellar carved into a rock wall that is naturally cool to the touch.
The Upstairs Quarters comprise 4 rooms: a luxurious south-facing Master Suite and Master Bath plus a Sitting Room with a fireplace and spacious private terrace. There are Two additional Bedrooms, one with ensuite bath, the other with adjacent bath. Both Bedrooms enjoy ethereal garden views with fruit trees, masses of lavender, and Mediterranean plantings. The Guest House offers a Master Bedroom with beautiful ensuite bath. On the north side are both a garden storage area and boiler room.
On the floor above is a beautifully designed Pool Changing Room with full bathroom featuring a checkered tiled wall that alternates between open air and tile squares, allowing the Umbrian breeze to flow through.
