"Moved from out of state several months ago and we were not able to see our house in person before making a bid; which we figured would happen due to the market. Bailey suggested and insisted her going to the house and FaceTimeing us so we could at least have some sort of walk through prior to bidding. Our final walk through we got stuck in ridiculously bad traffic and was not able to make it but Bailey did the walk through for us and even addressed some concerns of how the house was left by the sellers and had those issue taken care of for us by the time we made it to closing.
