About Babs
As a North Carolina licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury industry, I offer my clients a unique perspective and skill set. My career experience as a former C-suite marketing executive, luxury jewelry specialist, and former gemology instructor has shaped my approach to real estate. Coupled with my integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism, and communication style, these experiences have defined my unique brand.
My passion for customer care and high standard of excellence stems from the extensive customer experience I gained from working in the jewelry industry. I know firsthand that exceptional client service is a paramount attribute that distinguishes luxury brands. As a real estate professional, I am proud of my integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to provide clients with dependable, consistent guidance, and market knowledge, while delivering an extraordinary experience.
I earned a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designation while my husband and I built our custom home. I am a Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association member and on the Parade of Homes committee. Not only do I know the local market, but I understand the building process plus for clients who are selling a home, I have a proven system of processes designed to ensure a smooth sale for the highest price possible.
As an agent who has relocated from Los Angeles/Santa Monica to Raleigh and someone who has moved across the U.S. several times, I know first-hand the challenges involved in moving to a new area. I understand the importance of clear communication, active listening, and providing sound guidance throughout the buying and selling processes. My integrity, authenticity, and trustworthiness are important cornerstones in establishing relationships and are virtues my clients can depend on.
My husband and I enjoy the Raleigh food scene, fitness, yoga, running, and supporting local charities. We're early-morning walkers, avid F-1 followers, fans of Caitlin Clark, museums, and music venues, and as residents who live Inside-The-Beltline Raleigh, we frequent local businesses, coffee shops, and restaurants. As supporters of the Caring Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports Triangle area patients undergoing cancer treatment, and other local charities, we practice giving back to our community.
