About Babs

As a North Carolina licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury industry, I offer a unique perspective and skill set to my clients. My career experience as a former C-suite business executive, luxury specialist, and former gemology instructor has shaped my approach to real estate and differentiates me from others.  

My passion for customer care and high standard of excellence stems from extensive experience working with luxury jewelry and fine timepiece brands, as both exceptional customer care and service distinguishes them from all others. I believe in and provide white-glove service in my real estate practice, ensuring an extraordinary experience for my clients--whether they are buying or selling a property.

With a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designation that earned while building my home, I have a deep understanding of the local market and the building process. I use a proven system of processes to ensure a smooth home sale, for the highest price possible, and with a pleasant experience.

As an agent who has relocated from Los Angeles/Santa Monica to Raleigh and who has moved across the U.S. several times, I know first-hand the challenges and adjusting that comes with moving to a new area.  I understand the importance of clear communication, listening, and providing sound guidance throughout the buying and selling processes. My personal integrity, authenticity, and trustworthiness are important cornerstones in establishing relationships with my clients.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy the Raleigh food scene, fitness, yoga, running, and supporting local charities. As supporters of the Caring Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports Triangle area cancer patients undergoing treatment, we believe and practice giving back to our community.
