Avram's marketing expertise, extensive local knowledge, passion for client service, and real estate track record establishes him as a leading authority in the marketplace. As a seasoned real estate professional, he is experienced in all measures necessary to ensure a successful transaction. He believes it is essential to take a global approach and look at each client's specific needs, identifying gaps and opportunities. This approach assures that each client's primary objectives are developed and achieved.
Formerly he served both as president/CEO of Pacific Union Real Estate and president/COO of Coldwell Banker Northern California. He also holds the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) professional designation. He has served as a director of the National Association of Realtors. Avram has been featured on CNN, BBC radio, and on KNBR’s "Gary Allan on Business" program.
With a philosophy of giving to the communities he serves, Avram has been honored three times with the Humanitarian of the Award. He currently dedicates his time to a number of local nonprofits -- including the Sonoma Community Center, the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, and Congregation Shir Shalom.
A native of the Bay Area, Avram graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
