As a part of Compass’ recent expansion efforts across the entire Southeast, McMahon will help guide agents throughout the greater Atlanta area in their sales and marketing efforts.

As a Georgia local since 2004, McMahon has years of experience in the local market and strong community ties. Throughout her impressive career and work with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association McMahon has been honored with countless accolades and recognition including the chair of the Young Professional Network and Broker Council Committee, the vice-chair of the Training and Development Committee and vice-chair of the Top Producers Committee. In 2020, her contributions to the Association were recognized when she was awarded the prestigious Five-Star Circle of Excellence Award. McMahon is also deeply invested in the local Atlanta community and building up others in the real estate industry.

In 2016, McMahon began her journey to create her dream career in real estate by gaining her real estate license. Before she entered the real estate profession, McMahon attended Louisiana State University where she studied International Studies and Political Science. After college, McMahon returned to Atlanta and began working in the non-profit sector because of her passion for making a difference in people's lives. This passion eventually led to her pursuing a career in real estate, capitalizing on her natural talent for sales and genuine enthusiasm which earned clients’ trust and respect. McMahon will bring all of her skills and knowledge to Compass Greater Atlanta and aid in the brokerage’s growing presence in the area.
