"We met Chris in 2005 when we decided to build a house in the Behrens Ranch neighborhood. At the time, Chris was one of the two sales representatives with Newmark Homes and the get-go, we were impressed with how much he knew about the area, each of the floor plans available, and what would work best for us. We loved that home but decided to sell it in 2010 when we were considering buying a larger home in a different neighborhood. Fast-forward to 2014, we bumped into Chris one evening and started talking about getting back into a home. When he asked what we were looking for, we told him "the same house we built with you and Newmark". He chuckled at first but when he realized we were serious he said, "let me see what I can find". That was a Thursday night. Saturday morning, he called with the news that the house we in 2010 had gone on the market the night before and was wondering if we were interested. Without any hesitation, we met with him to take a tour of the house and give him our "yes" or "no" answer. We told Chris "let's make it happen" and he immediately went to work. Chris got us in touch with a lender that evening (on a Saturday) which allowed us to get an approval and made an offer that night. About Chris
Chris is a native Texan and has called Central Texas his home since 1984. Chris transitioned into his real estate career in 1997 and worked for a few homebuilders over the next 14 years. Reaching the top level of home sales and satisfaction ratings many times was fulfilling in many ways, but the greatest experience came the in-depth knowledge he gained in construction and building techniques. It was a natural fit for Chris to transition that background into helping clients as a Realtor®. His clients have found his construction experience to be helpful in all three facets of residential real estate buying, selling and building. Having negotiated hundreds of transactions, he is definitely the one you want on your side.

Chris prides himself on being there for clients after the sale as well. Chris treasures the relationships he has made by helping clients with their real estate needs. He manages successful transactions by creating an environment where proper expectations are set and the client's needs are obtained. Chris maintains that happy clients are the best form of advertising and continues to receive repeat business and referrals from his past clients. Chris and his wife Marjorie have lived all over Austin and Round Rock and recently purchased in Georgetown. Marjorie is a Realtor® trainer with a local title company. Chris and Marjorie enjoy traveling, seeing local musicians and spending time on their back patio. They are active in their church and believe in giving back to their community through several charities and giving circles. Chris is an active HOA volunteer and is on the Board of Directors with Angels are Moving and Texas Humane Heroes. He sponsors the adoption of one pet whenever a buyer or seller transaction occurs.
