Atousa brings a distinguished background in international diplomacy to her real estate career, having spent 13 years serving at the United Nations and the Embassy of Venezuela. In 1999, she transitioned into real estate, quickly establishing herself as a top performer at RE/MAX Accord, where she earned numerous awards, including the prestigious Hall of Fame recognition. 

From 2021 to 2024, Atousa continued her upward trajectory at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she was honored with the International Diamond Society Award, reflecting her exceptional performance and commitment to excellence. 

In April 2025, she further advanced her career by joining Compass, aligning with a forward-thinking, technology-driven brokerage to better serve her clients.
