They were ranked in the top 1.5% of 1.6M realtors nationwide in 2022, 2021 and 2020 and are recognized as a top 100 Team in New York City (#56) and in NY State (#84). Both Alli and Tania ranked in the top 10 producers for four consecutive years at their prior brokerage, ranked #19 and #39 as individuals in NYC in 2020 Real Trends/WSJ and together they represented the seller in the most expensive cooperative sale in Manhattan (2021).
