About ATelier Team
The ATelier Team agents are more than just brokers— they have an entrepreneurial mindset, editorial eye and deliver a personalized approach to each real estate transaction and individual client.
Founded by Allison Chiaramonte and Tania Friedland, the ATelier Team delivers a bespoke luxury brokerage experience. Allison and Tania each have a strong history of success in the real estate industry, but when Tania and Allison partnered in 2019, something special happened. Their engaging natures, unparalleled knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, effective negotiations strategies and ability to connect with both sellers and buyers equaled immediate success.
The ATelier Team consistently breaks sales records and closed 2022 with $140 Million in sales. They were ranked in the top 1.5% of 1.6M realtors nationwide in 2022, 2021 and 2020 and are recognized as a top 100 Team in New York City (#56) and in NY State (#84). Both Alli and Tania ranked in the top 10 producers for four consecutive years at their prior brokerage, ranked #19 and #39 as individuals in NYC in 2020 Real Trends/WSJ and together they represented the seller in the most expensive cooperative sale in Manhattan (2021).
Everyone on the ATelier Team works collaboratively to deliver outstanding results. Clients not only become life-long customers, but also friends. Word of mouth, personal referrals, and repeat clients are the basis for their business. The team's connections are wide and deep – new listings often get bought and sold before ever hitting the open market.
