When we re-listed the property at $80 million, I was successful in getting the property under contract in four months and closed for $77 million.”
Assessing current trends, Doug sees an evolving landscape, not only locally but worldwide. “My sense is that safety, fresh air, fresh water, and time are becoming the aspects that well-heeled property owners seek. Focusing on those attributes is paramount to being able to have a dialogue with a prospective buyer and advising a seller as to how each property fits into that important mindset.”
