About Ashley
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I've continue to serve a broad spectrum of clients in California and Washington. An Orange County native, I've been bless to 'enjoyed the best of this industry' at an early stage in my career, serving a diverse client base from first time home buyers to seasoned investors looking to add or cash out/exchange from their portfolios. Having lived in both CA and WA multiple times, I've also been enjoyed assisting relation clients moving to and from the WA and CA markets.
Throughout my career in real estate, I have gained valuable knowledge through the guidance of great mentors and managers, expertise through my personal highs and lows in investments ventures, and collaborations with amazing partners and clients over the years. I seek out opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge so I can continue to serve and provide value to my clients. In the last few years, I've discovered a passions for finding opportunities to create wealth through residential and commercial real estate investments. I firmly believe in the power of real estate as a successful way to build generational wealth and financial security. I take pride in working diligently to assist my clients and partners in making strategic and wise real estate decisions.

On a personal note, I am a dedicated wife and mother of two and love to spend time hosting family and friends in the comfort of my home. I love to read self help books and enjoy cooking and gardening immensely!
