Ashley Arthurs is focused on providing her clients with a successful and seamless real estate experience. Through her client focused approach, she uses her keen understanding of the marketplace and city trends to guide her clients to the best decisions. Ashley is valued for her insight, integrity, and strong negotiating skills. With an optimistic attitude and boundless energy, Ashley strives to make the buying and selling experience enjoyable and stress free.

For sellers, she offers a sophisticated marketing plan that capitalizes on strategic online advertising, social media and other innovative marketing techniques to capture the right buyer.

Ashley quickly immersed herself into the Chicago way of life after moving from California over 10 years ago. She has lived in River North and now resides in Lakeview with her three daughters. With her degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from San Diego State University, she launched a successful women’s apparel line based out of LA. After making Chicago her new home, Ashley became passionate about real estate and decided to translate her strong business acumen into helping her clients fulfill their own real estate needs. 

Ashley enjoys taking advantage of all of the wonderful activities, festivals, museums, restaurants and neighborhoods that make Chicago so special. Additionally, she adores her community of which she calls her “ChiTown fam” and delights in hosting events, exercising, the outdoors, traveling, the arts, and various other civic organizations to celebrate the joys of life with all of whom she is connected to.
