About Arthur

Mr. Hunt is a consummate professional and who brings a wealth of knowledge to each client he serves. He is a NYS Real Estate Broker, NYS Real Estate Appraiser, NYS Real Estate Instructor, and NYS Commissioned Notary Public. 

He began his career valuing some of New York’s most valuable property, including, but not limited to: office buildings, hotels, industrial buildings, new development, vacant land, townhouses, condos, coops, air rights, and more. His work has been commissioned by major financial institutions Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, JPM Chase, TD Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, to name a few. To date, he has valued over $3.4 billion in real estate. During his time as an appraiser, he was mentored by some of New York’s most notable MAI Appraisers.

Simultaneous to appraising, he has been transacting as a NYS real estate broker. He has listed and sold an array of property ranging from ground-up new developments to townhouses, condos, coops, and commercial buildings. Spanning across a variety of neighborhoods and price points, he amalgamates his knowledge as a broker with appraisal experience to provide clients with a refined lens when buying or selling.

He has also bought and sold real estate as an individual in New York and other states. Collectively, all these experiences allow him to be a well-rounded professional. He has truly been on every side of the closing table, allowing him to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions towards their goals.

Mr. Hunt is a graduate of the Zicklin School of Business with a degree in finance and economics. He is also a member of The Real Estate Board of New York, Appraisal Institute, and National Notary Association. During his leisure time, he enjoys fitness, travel, and dining.
