I have used Armilene's help both of my move's in New York City and both times she was exceptionally helpful, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. I always felt that she made my property search a priority and would make herself fully available throughout the whole process - from finding properties to view online, through to assisting with signing and negotiations. She was also an excellent communicator, making sure to keep us updated every step of the way and making sure we understood everything. Armilene is fantastic and a true professional. I relocated from San Francisco to New York work earlier in early 2018 and knew absolutely nothing about the rental market or neighborhoods in Manhattan. I was very busy with work at the time, but Armilene worked with my schedule (be it during lunch, after work hours, or on the weekends) to show me various neighborhoods all over Manhattan. She is bursting with knowledge about the New York housing market, and she has the patience of a saint --- even I was annoyed with myself about my indecisiveness at times. Armilene represented me in finding my rental in mid-town during a down season. She completely exceeded my expectation on many levels:
- Personable: She is very personable and fun to talk with
- Overdelivering: Not knowing how agents work, I met her with the expectation of checking out one place and she had prepared a thorough list of listings to show me over the weekend.
- Responsiveness: She was very responsive throughout the process and helped me with the technical aspects of an excruciating condo rental application process that was 40 pages long. As a result, I was able to meet a deadline to move out of my previous location and timely receive approval.
- Not just about the broker fee: Last but not least, she showed great care about her clients post-approval: when I expressed concern about noise in my new location, she was very proactive in helping me in understanding my options. Although the issue was resolved, I really appreciated her support and responsiveness, which is something she was not obligated to.

She has extensive real estate knowledge in the NYC area and was a real pleasure to work with. My company relocated me to the NYC area on short notice and I had very little knowledge of the different boroughs and where I wanted to live. Armilene asked the right questions as to what I was looking in a residence and then showed me properties in multiple areas that would best fit my criteria, all while explaining the positives and negatives of each location (subways access, nightlife scene, etc).
