Ari LeFauve

Ari LeFauve is a Senior Managing Director in the Compass Greater NY Region.  Respected for his two decades of excellence in the New York Real Estate industry, he is widely recognized as a leader in the highly competitive luxury real estate market and is known to be instrumental in helping build companies and manage agents. Ari has led expansion for Compass in the Greater NY region in which the company has opened over 20 new offices in under 4 years.  Known for his innovation and keen market knowledge he is responsible for creating one of the most dynamic and successful regions in the country for Compass. With an open-door style, Ari is the driving force behind the growth of each one of his agents with laser focus on their needs.

Prior to joining Compass, Ari was a Managing Director at one of Manhattan's most prominent firms where he helped build that company from 3 to 11 offices throughout Manhattan. Prior to that, as a Senior Vice President, Ari led his brokerage team for 11 years and consistently ranked in the nation's top 1% of brokers. Throughout his career, Ari has been rewarded with well-deserved professional accolades, such as top producer, and has kept a consistent base of referrals and repeat business from loyal clients who span the worlds of art, music, tech and finance. 

While Ari is always available to support his team or take a client's call, he also loves spending time with his wife, Summer and their three children, Mercer, Poppy and Clementine.  Ari is an avid Golfer, enjoys fishing and playing soccer and lacrosse with his children and loves spending his free time outdoors.
