April has cultivated many relationships and created new business opportunities through various forms of networking and referrals having closed over $20.0MM in commercial real estate transactions over the past six (6) years. April is a member of the Global Business Committee & the Commercial Committee at Metrotex. She is also a certified Texas Commercial Specialist (TACS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
