About Anuschka

Anuschka’s professional background, dedication, attention for detail, and positive attitude ensure a seamless transaction process for both buyers and sellers. She strives to establish strong relationships with all her clients from the very beginning, in order to understand their needs from a real estate perspective as well as a personal one. Anuschka endeavors to be a consummate resource for all her clients, not only during the transaction, but even after the deal is finalized.

Though many of her current real estate relationships were established decades ago, Anuschka also enjoys developing new relationships with all her clients including first-time buyers.

Originally from Germany, Anuschka moved to San Francisco in 2008. But, her love for real estate dates back to high school. After graduation, she completed a two-year real estate program and received her license at a renowned luxury brokerage in Germany. Within a few months she got her first listing contract.

Anuschka continued her education and obtained an MBA in Marketing, a field in which she excelled for more than 10 years. She honed her skills focusing on implementing new technologies, strategies and social media. One role in particular, as a Marketing/Social Media consultant in real estate, brought her back to her passion of the industry prompting her to resume her work as a realtor.

Anuschka lived in the San Francisco Marina/Cow Hollow area for 13 years, and just recently returned to Marin to enjoy the outdoors and the North Bay lifestyle. Part of her background includes 10 years working in marketing in Marin, so she already has an established knowledge of the area, the market and the community.

Anuschka is based at the Marin office and expertly serves both Marin County and San Francisco. Often you will see her out and about with her dogs, Heidi and Ollie. In the winter you will find her in the mountains skiing.
