About Anthony Brendan
As a third-generation Floridian, Anthony Dwyer has been closely tied to the history and culture of the Naples area for almost 40 years. After obtaining his real estate license at the age of 18, Anthony made an extensive career out of mastering many different aspects of an industry he has been completely passionate about from day one. From construction management to luxury residential sales, Anthony has a wide portfolio of experience that has allowed him to become a creative expert in a profession where he has found much success.

With a long history of negotiating large, complex commercial and residential transactions, Anthony's expertise in the real estate industry allows him to quickly identify his customer's needs and intensely focus on them until all are satisfied. His background includes building construction, including developing commercial properties, as well as property management and sales. For 10 years, he owned his own property management firm, and throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of real estate projects in Georgia and Florida. As an associate broker in Naples, his most recent focus is on in-town luxury residential properties. With a multi-faceted professional real estate background that has spanned many years, Anthony's level of perseverance in the industry is a true testament to his passion.

Anthony's genuine approach to his relationships has allowed him to turn clients into friends and has given him the opportunity to become a trusted advisor as his clients refer him to their own close networks. He holds many industry certifications including Community Association Manager (CAM), which allows him to offer insights into condominium issues, LEED AP green building certifications, and a General Contracting license. Additionally, Anthony has earned his full broker's license, and maintains close professional relationships through the National, Florida, and Naples area Board of Realtors.

A passion for horses fuels Anthony's civic engagement as part of the building community for the Naples Therapeutic Riding Center. With a bit of an adventure bug, he also enjoys flying planes as a current student pilot, scuba diving, collectible cars, motorcycles, and travel. Anthony knew that he wanted to pursue a career in real estate starting in high school, and he went on to earn his degree in building construction at Montgomery College in Maryland as he also began work as a licensed realtor. Although he is originally from Washington, D.C., Anthony has also lived in Texas and Georgia, but has maintained a close tie with his home in Naples since 1979. He holds both American and Irish passports.
