Anna facilitates the real estate transaction process for NYC sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike. With fourteen years of industry experience under her belt, she has a strong passion for New York City residential real estate. Whether it’s valuing a home, marketing a listing, putting together board packages or negotiating on price, she helps to navigate the real estate process with a solution-oriented mindset.
She began her career in property management, marketing rental apartments and processing applications for NYC’s New Housing Opportunities (New HOP) program. She then worked about 6 years as an Office Manager for a top performing, high sales volume, team at Elliman overseeing the marketing and operations of the team. Anna joined the Kyle Blackmon Team in October 2016 and has since gained experience in selling properties in top luxury co-op and condo buildings such as uptown’s 15 CPW, 432 Park, One Beacon Court, 740 Park, 730 Park, River House to downtown’s Walker Tower, 10 Madison Sq. West, 150 Charles Street, Greenwich Lane Condominium, among others.
While luxury Manhattan real estate is Anna’s primary focus, given that she grew up in Brooklyn and Queens, she’s highly in tune with real estate trends in the up-and-coming neighborhoods of her two home boroughs. This gives her a diverse range of real estate knowledge. Although no real estate agent holds a crystal ball, this wealth of knowledge is invaluable to buyers and sellers looking to make long term NYC real estate investment decisions. Whether it’s a first time home buyer looking to plant their roots in an Upper East Side co-op or an investor looking to sell their boutique condo in Brooklyn or Queens, Anna’s got what it takes to get the best possible outcome for her clients.
She’s a proud resident of Long Island City, a neighborhood she loves and adores for its community events, liveliness, children’s playgrounds and toddler activities for her vivacious three year old daughter, proximity to her office in the Upper East Side, and of course, its waterfront parks with scenic views of the Manhattan skyline.
Outside of honing her real estate skills or spending time with loved ones, Anna enjoys health and wellness activities such as practicing yoga, running, swimming, hiking, and traveling the world. She loves to read books and listen to podcasts about health, well-being, nutrition and applying what she learns to her everyday life. She volunteers at New York Cares and supports children’s rights organizations, particularly Save the Children.
