About Ann
My path to Real Estate is a little unconventional. My family moved to Seattle when I was 11 years old where we bought a home on Capitol Hill. I attended HS near Greenlake & got my BS from Loyola Marymount University. I went on to get my MA in Counseling. After 20+ years in the world of Social Work I knew it was time for a change. After some exploration I decided that I would blend my passion for helping people with my passion for homes. That was 15 years ago! I absolutely love what I do.
Selling or buying a home can be one of the most stressful and exciting times in life (especially, right now!) For most of us our homes are our most valuable asset and having someone who knows how to navigate this complex market regardless of if you are buying or selling is of the utmost importance. My goal, each and every time, is to make the process as calm, smooth, happy and efficient as possible. I will guide you through the experience with reliable, consistent communication and expertise.
My clients become my friends. Almost all of my work comes through past clients. I will keep you posted each step of the way and no question is too small. Most people only sell or buy a home a handful of times in a lifetime. I will give you the up to the minute information on the market which will allow you to make the best decision for your life I will help you navigate this process each step of the way.
A little about me, I have 2 sons now 21 and 24 who have grown up on Seattle's East-side. We enjoy boating, fishing, snowboarding, hammocking, reading, playing games of all sorts, and just being together. Our very favorite place to be is at the ocean but any body of water will do!
I look forward to getting to know you and assisting you with your real estate needs.
