December 2021 Angelo Mitlo brokered a long term lease agreement for Enachip, Inc. a cutting edge innovator in the semiconductor industry as their new Headquarter and laboratory facility. The new facility a 9,600 SF facility in Rocky Hill, Somerset County New Jersey, includes office space, R&D labs as well as cleanroom lab space. Enachip's outgrew their previous space of 5,400 SF and turned to Angelo to assist in locating a new facility after having trouble locating a facility in-house.

I specialize in all commercial asset classes warehouse & industrial, retail, office and investment properties. This includes transactional and leasing.

I service the entire state of New Jersey and am working on licensure in multiple states.

I represent tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, 1031 exchange clients as well.

Some of my distinct specialities include: oil & gas facilities, food processing facilities, aviation (including FBO hangar space) and manufacturing space in general.

About Angelo

I have been self employed all my life and I truly believe and live by the entrepreneurial spirit. I have traversed vast industries in my career from industrial food processing to aviation and military contracting.

I have been a tenant, I am a commercial land owner, I have been a landlord and I broker real estate as a living. I understand most concerns business owners have when searching for real estate, whether that be an additional location, a first location or an investment property.

I love music and enjoy a quality cigar which I often couple with a single malt scotch. I try to get outdoors as often as possible. I like rock climbing and have trained Brazilian Jiujitsu. I am a fan of fast cars and good food. I love traveling, but the real reason I do what I do and my big why are my five children. I am trying to build something they can be proud of!
