" I might have been one of the most difficult clients for Angie: I was a first-time homebuyer, living in SF while trying to buy a place in LA, panicking overing the ferocity of the market and the skyrocketing interest rates, and nervous/skeptical every step of the process.
If I was actually going to be able to successfully pull off buying a home, I knew that I needed someone that I could really trust to look out for me, and there were two things that I quickly learned once I started working with Angie: 1) I severely underestimated how much I would need to rely on her, but 2) nonetheless she made it incredibly effortless, comfortable, and even enjoyable to do so.
It really didn’t take long for me to realize how lucky I was to have her on my team, especially since Angie doesn’t know how to do anything other than go above and beyond the call of duty. This includes offering to me her extensive, experienced, and well-connected support network, recording detailed and narrated video tours of properties I was considering (along with bonus footage of the surrounding neighborhood!), many emotional (on my part) late-night calls trying to figure out how to best counter, and numerous reassuring texts, emails, in-person meetups, etc. to make sure that each move we made was the right one.
The fact that she was able to help me close on a house while I was on a charity bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles tell you just how far she is willing to bend over backwards to be there for her clients. I love where I am now and I have her to deeply thank for being there for me from the very beginning. She listened and learned about me and my needs as a buyer, and catered to them perfectly.
Angie really wants to you find a place that you love, and it’s clear that’s what matters to her more than anything. You owe it to yourself to work with her.

" This was my first time buying a condo, and I needed a lot of hand-holding. Angie was with me every single step of the way, and answered every one of my 5,000 questions promptly. Angie made sure the process was streamlined from start to finish, and went out of her way several times to make my life easier. I highly recommend Angie to anyone looking for a realtor that you can rely on, who is informative, beyond helpful, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease for such a big life moment.

" So personal and charming and really knows her stuff. Working with Angie is like working with your best friend—she’s really good and pointing out what you may have missed when looking at a house and makes you feel instantly at ease. She’s super on the ball and helped guide us through a ridiculously tricky market. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She’s the best!

" We were SO lucky to work with Angie. For years we were looking to make a big move for our growing family to a family-friendly community. Angie knew the market and housing landscape inside and out! She not only was an expert in everything related to homes, but could speak to school districts, neighborhoods, best stuff for our kids ages in each location, parks and more. We finally made the leap and couldn’t be happier. Angie helped us find our dream home in the exact part of town we wanted, AND sold our old home for us (in a pandemic!!!).
Angie’s expertise is only matched by her joyful, determined attitude, which she brings to every aspect of the work. She really loves her job and it shows. Angie is also detail oriented, savvy and an excellent negotiator. Angie won us our home during a tense (crowded!) bidding war, all while handling a lot of moving parts out of her control with grace. With her keen eye and pulse on latest trends that make homes move, she also staged our home to sell.
When you work with Angie you not only get a realtor, but a true partner throughout the process. I couldn't recommend Angie more highly!
