" My experience with Anetta has been incredible. Let me start from the beginning… She set up a meeting with me to review the paperwork that I would expect to see so I’m not overwhelmed during the house buying process. I was very late to the meeting but she stayed at the office to wait for me. She understood exactly what I was looking for and drove great distances more than 5 times a week with me to make sure I find the right house. She didn’t try and sell every single house we went to- instead she always gave me her honest opinion which was great help to a new home owner! When I found the perfect home, she gave me her recommendations for inspectors, lawyers, etc and they were all more than great to work with. She even came to the signing of the paperwork and always made sure everyone I was dealing with was taking care of me and being respectful. If you don’t understand something, she will do whatever she can to make sure it is clear. Responsiveness is perfect. Whether it’s email, phone call, or text- she will get back to you right away. It doesn’t matter if it’s on a weekend, early in the morning or late at night. Lastly, the best part is after the sale was done and all paperwork was signed, she continued to stay in touch to make sure everything was still as great as it was when we signed off on the house.
