Andrew Bussen brings over 30 years of diversified real estate experience to COMPASS. With an extensive background in commercial real estate appraisal and brokerage, he has analyzed numerous property types including multi-family, office, retail, hotel, medical facilities, senior housing, industrial/warehouse and development land.
His personal experience as an investor in multi-family, office, development land and spec home development reflects a unique understanding of the risk/reward position of owning
real estate and investor expectations. In addition, he has lived in the Midwest and on the West Coast, bringing a diversified geographic background to COMPASS.
Educated at the highly-regarded Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate finance and investment analysis.
His combination of personal experience owning and managing investment real estate in conjunction with brokerage and appraisal brings a unique blend of expertise to COMPASS.
