Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of Kansas, Andy's passion for real estate has deep roots, nurtured through personal involvement in two renovations in his previous home. He now resides with his partner Kurt in their fully renovated home (3rd renovation) in Brookside.

As a Pisces with a deep love for the water, Andy has been drawn to the Lake of the Ozarks since 2013. This led him to establish a successful vacation rental property there in 2019 (www.cdlozark.com), with the goal of sharing his love for the lake with others. He is also able to assist clients in finding their own piece of paradise, leveraging his knowledge of the area and passion for the lake.
