Andrew did an excellent job on our home sale and purchase. He typically works in areas closer to Seattle, but he did very well in our neighborhood in the northern suburbs. Andrew worked with me and my wife to identify home improvements that could drive up interest in our home, and helped us make those happen. He always went the extra mile and it showed in the results. We purchased on contingency, so we needed to complete our sale fast, and we ended up reaching mutual 4 days after going on the market. We were listed as a hot home and got asking without any negotiation items. I attribute that success to Andrew's performance. He's hungry and it shows.
