Andrea Loper is a dynamic professional who joined Compass in the 2021, bringing a diverse range of skills and experiences to the team. With a strong background in sales management, coaching, business development, and educational leadership, Andrea is well-equipped to support and guide Compass agents. Prior to her role at Compass, she served as the Business Development Manager for Aveda Florida, where she excelled in skillfully negotiating commercial real estate leases for salon owners. In addition, she worked closely with Aveda salon owners, assisting them in forecasting their businesses to achieve financial growth and scalability. Andrea's extensive experience in luxury retail management, having worked with renowned brands like Tory Burch, Sephora, Bloomingdales, and Saks Fifth Avenue, brings a unique and creative perspective to her role at Compass. Her true passion lies in developing others to reach their full potential, and she is dedicated to helping Compass agents achieve their professional and personal goals through strategic processes and consistent implementation. She has her Florida broker's license and serves agents in Orlando, Winter Park, Brevard, Indian River and Marion Counties.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Andrea leads an active personal life. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband of over 20 years and their teenage son, who embodies a perfect blend of both parents' personalities. In her free time, Andrea enjoys supporting local non-profits, networking, and attending and planning events.
