About Andrea
Andrea is a full-time Realtor® who began her real estate career in 2006, providing services in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County Delaware.  In 2014, she earned her Broker’s License and is currently an Associate Broker with Compass in Greenville, DE, and also serves on the 2023 Board of Directors for NCCBOR, and is the 2023 New Castle County Committee Chair for the DE Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC).  She is the Team Leader and Owner of Andrea Harrington & Associates, a consistently top-ranking Delaware real estate team.  In 2021 Andrea was named one of Top 40 Women in Business by Delaware Today Magazine.

As a native to Delaware, Andrea is familiar with the local communities and real estate market, and enjoys establishing new client relationships.  In 2022, Andrea, along with the assistance of her team, successfully closed 161 transactions, selling $57 million in Real Estate, putting her within the top 1% of all agents in the state.
