Anastasya was born in Los Gatos, California, and raised in Miami from the age of 5 when her family relocated to Miami Beach. Growing up in Miami has made her a native and expert in the area. Anastasya's passion for real estate is unparalleled. She began her real estate career by purchasing her first flip at the age of 18. While attending college in Central Florida, pursuing a degree in business and finance, she purchased her first property and started flipping houses. This early success led friends and family to seek her help in finding properties, prompting her to obtain her real estate license to officially assist investors in finding properties and land for development. With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Anastasya has navigated all phases of the market, from residential new construction booms to real estate downturns, where she helped numerous families through short sales.
