"Recently I had the pleasure of working with Amy Ziskin. I have never worked with someone who went as above and beyond to help a client as Amy. Helping me to sell my was no easy feat with unexpected challenges at every turn. With Amy’s help, we sold it in an extremely timely manner and for me time, as it often is, was of the essence.
Amy has a strong knowledge of the housing market. As soon as I informed her that I needed to sell my , she immediately researched similar homes in my area and in hours provided me with a portfolio of information to help me begin the process. She proceeded to contact anyone whom she thought might be interested in my home, came up with a schedule for houses that worked best for me, and then went to work helping me to prepare my home to be shown. She gave advice on what should be done to my house to maximize its value and then literally got to work helping me pack and store things that needed to be put away.
Amy was always flexible with her time. She was always sure to make time to show my house when it worked in my schedule. She ran the houses with ease and followed up with all interested parties. When bids came in she was right there to talk me through the process and never pressured me to do or accept anything that didn’t meet my expectations. She clearly had my best interest at heart. When documents needed to be , she came right over to facilitate that process in a timely manner. She contacted the appropriate parties for the final process of the closing so that it all went off without a hitch. She maintained a professional and courteous relationship with all involved including the buyer, the buyer’s realtor, and my attorney. There was nothing Amy wouldn’t do in order to make this the most pleasant experience it could possibly be. I am forever grateful for all of her hard and efficient work and would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell."
