"I wanted to take a moment to thank Amy for all of her hard work and assistance throughout the home buying process. I literally couldn’t have done it without you. But, more than that, I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anybody else. You were cooperative and supportive when I needed it, and instructive and….“supportive”…when I needed that, too. I really do appreciate it." - Chad

"Amy helped me sell my townhouse in 7 days with 2 full offers received. I credit this quick success to: 1) candid price setting discussions based on info she provided for comps and nearby properties for ; 2) excellent staging recommendations that were both meaningful and affordable; 3) her strategic timing relative to and open-house efforts; 4) excellent communication and follow-up with me, agents and the ultimate buying agent. It was a great first-time selling experience." - Kathleen B.

"Amy was recommended to me a trusted friend. I called her out of the blue and she was super friendly. Immediately she started asking me questions to get to know my fiancé and me a little better. Her questions were really helpful since she asked us information that we hadn’t thought about on our own…What is a deal breaker? Do we want a yard? What if there is no central air? Did we really want to dedicate the time to fix up a house or would we rather buy it as is? These questions helped us identify our needs were before jumping in head first. Within a few hours Amy created a custom website of houses for us to look at. Once we identified a few, we were off and running. At each home, Amy carefully discussed the pros and cons of each place. She was very candid with her opinion and if she didn’t know an answer to our questions, she knew who to ask. Once we chose a house, she helped us put in an offer but gave us realistic expectations. Thank goodness because someone offered $100,000 more than we were willing to pay. She encouraged us to keep moving forward and the very next house we saw we loved so we made an offer. When our offer was accepted Amy walked us through the entire home with the inspector and helped us negotiate a better price. We ended up spending less than we had anticipated! The whole experience was fun, exciting, and easy. While this was my first big expense in my adult life, Amy made it stress free. I would highly encourage her services to anyone. She is a true professional!" - Cynthia & Matthew
