"Amy was great! I didn't really know what to expect as a first time home-buyer, but Amy took the time to meet with me and walk me through the entire process. She was patient with me and answered every single question I had and to this day if there's something I would like to get more information on she is happy to help. We viewed a few homes, but nothing seemed right. Eventually we stumbled upon a turnkey townhome that checked a lot of the boxes on my list. We put an offer in and everything was moving super quickly until we hit a snag with the HOA. That was quite the process, but Amy made sure things were taken care of between her and the lender and ensured I closed on the home. Amy communicated all the issues and cleared up anything that didn't make sense. When I had hesitation about the home potentially not closing she didn't hesitate to start over with me in the off chance the offer fell threw.
