She is patient, thorough, and the consummate professional. In addition, she has a deep list of resources to help you make your dreams a reality (everything from mortgage brokers to repair folks). Whether you are buying your first home or your second or third, I can't recommend her highly enough!" - Jenny F.

"Amy has worked with us on the purchase and sale of our first home and the purchase of our current home. In every way she has paid attention to detail, guided us with strategic pricing insights, and set the stage for the most peaceful purchase and sale processes you can imagine. Our first home purchase was a seamless transition from renting to owning, and when we were ready to sell, she was there for us. We sold it within two days of going to market based on the recommendations she made for minor repairs and upgrades. It was staged and represented beautifully and we received our asking price. Our second purchase was a custom build, and Amy was highly responsive to all of our needs along the way. We're grateful she's in this business and when you need someone you can trust to create a peaceful win in your life, give her a call. Professional, warm, and detail-oriented on your behalf. There's no one better." - Christy M.

Amy is very kind and considerate to every little detail. I highly recommend her without reservation." - Jean D.

"Five stars doesn't seem enough! We were moving to the Austin area to be closer to our grown daughters. Moving away from our hometown of 40 plus years is frightening enough but moving to an area of Texas we knew nothing about was even scarier. Amy was willing to take us on as a client from a referral of another realtor that had other obligations at the time. What a surprise gift we received in getting to have Amy as our agent! There was a time lag in us getting down here and meeting one on one but that didn't stop her from calling us, seeing what our needs/desires were, and putting on her 'walking' shoes to searching the areas we wanted to settle. Thank goodness for technology. She went to homes with us remotely, walking through each room, opening doors, drawing attention to some great items in the homes and then some not so great ones. Once we got down to the Austin area, we were on the move to find that special place. Being in the middle of it I had no idea what all Amy truly had done for us prior to us getting here and then after we made a few weekend trips. She was available when we were available and spent ALL day with us. Once we shared a couple of meals together staring across the table from each other being numb from it all, we took a deep breath and prayed! Man, what a difference. We hashed out what we liked and didn't like and went to see a new subdivision. There it was; our new home! Amy's job wasn't over though. She held our hand through the whole ordeal. The other hand had the infamous 'blue tape'. We felt confident in her professionalism and her tenacity of getting things done. More than that, she was our first Austinite friend. No question was too small or large for her to answer or find the answer and get back to us. Even after she handed us the keys and gave us a hug goodbye, we are still in touch today. There is no going wrong in getting Amy on your team!!" - Judy W.

"I could not be more pleased with our decision to use Amy as our realtor when we decided to relocate to the Austin area. When we put our home in Longview (Texas) on the market, we anticipated a six-month time frame before we had a contract. We had a contract in three days (!!) which gave us about six weeks instead of six months to find our new home. We provided our wish list to Amy and she got right to work helping us narrow our search and making the best use of our house-hunting trips. She was with us every step of the way - can't imagine what we would have done without her. And, as a special bonus, she is not only a great realtor, but is also a great friend. Thanks again, Amy, for everything!" - Craig W.

"Amy Simms is a most professional of the real estate industry. More than that, she is honest, dependable, understanding, compassionate and a dedicated hard working real estate agent. Without going into our personal story, Amy never left our side, stayed with us through very trying times, encouraged us to see keep the faith and then covid hit. Amy was still with us and worked even harder on our behalf. We are now in our new home that Amy helped us buy. We can say with conviction that without her it would not have happened. Five stars is not enough so we hope you have the good fortune of working with her. She is now a life long friend and we are blessed and grateful to have her in our lives." - Frank and Cindy I.

"Amy recently helped us with the sale of our home, and was there for us every step of the way, listening to our needs and offering outstanding personal care. Selling a home can be rather stressful, and she was very encouraging and always offered keen observations on what's going on in the real estate market. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a truly caring professional Realtor." - Mark F.

"Amy was amazing to work with! She understood that we were in a big transition period, and was gracious with our need to move a little slower in preparation for getting our house on the market. Amy respected my desire for our home to retain the look and feel of 'our' home, not a staged-for-the-market property. Once the property was listed we immediately had numerous offers, an indication that she'd done her work in making the listing visible to other realtors, and to the public at large. She gave wise counsel and worked patiently with the buyer's agent, who was very difficult. I highly recommend Amy to you for your real estate needs, whether buying or selling!" - Terri F.

"Amy was a tremendous help as we started the process of listing our house, including recommendations for how to get our house to show best. Her attention detail was great and she oversaw realtor open house and monitored showing activity. We got an offer and she diligently carried the negotiations through to close. Very pleased with Amy" - Kay

"I had appointments with 3 Realtors to list my home. Amy was the first one I met with, and I was so impressed with her that I cancelled the other appointments and listed with her immediately. She came to the meeting very well prepared and had answers to all my questions. She was always punctual, and did exactly what she said she would do, and did it in a timely manner. Her bright and magnetic personality made her a dream to work with. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish and I would be happy to use her again or recommend her to anyone needing a Realtor."

"Amy asked us to create a list of 5 must-haves and 5 can’t-stands in a home. We did, and it really helped us be objective in our search and eliminated a lot of emotions and guess work, which really shortened the whole search process for us. We found a home that not only met the criteria, but that we immediately fell in love with and could see our future in. We’ve done some things to update it and really make it “ours”, and it has proven to be the perfect first home for us. Throughout the purchase process, my husband and I found ourselves remarking to each other and to Amy on the level of peacefulness of the whole process. Everyone always says buying a home is one of the toughest life events you’ll face, but if they all went like this, no one would say that. We have been in our home for 2 years now and we love it more than ever. I really feel like our level of satisfaction is still in part due to Amy’s wise approach to selecting a home."

"Amy was helpful and friendly, and adapted very well to our specific needs and interests. As quickly as the second house we saw, we were falling in love with her choices. I couldn’t imagine having a better home-buying experience!" - Dan

"My wife and I met Amy over a year ago before relocating to the Austin area. Upon our first meeting, we both knew she was the realtor for us. We immediately could tell she was a great listener and a genuine caring person with a lot of knowledge about the crazy Austin housing market. As we began actively looking for a home, Amy walked with us through this arduous process with great patience, professionalism and understanding. She knew when to be silent and let us process and when to speak up, sometimes asking one question that would give clarity and direction. In my opinion, this is an elite skill that makes her head above shoulders in the real estate field. After several weeks of searching, we finally found our dream home! There were nine offers on the house, and we are convinced that Amy's deft and skillful approach to writing the contract got us this home! Not only did we gain a beautiful place to fill with new memories but also a good friend in Amy Sims." - J.C., M.K.C
