"Amy Raper was great. She help stage my Mother's condo simple but elegant. She always called back immediately and kept us in the loop. I would use her again when I decide to sell my house in the future. It was a pleasure to work with her."

"Amy was the listing agent for the sale of our home. She was a real pleasure to work with. She did a very thorough market analysis in pricing our home. Next, she guided us through the steps needed to prepare the home for sale, including staging the home so it would show well to prospective buyers. Finally, she helped us navigate through showings, eventually leading us to a great offer on the home. One thing I really appreciated is that she maintained value on the home which resulted in the offer. She gave very good advice along the way at key decision points all way through the closing process. I would highly recommend Amy either as a selling or buyer's agent. She did a great job for us."

"Amy was the seller's agent when we originally purchased the home. We were so impressed by her, that when it came time for us to sell, we reached out to her to ask her to be our agent. Amy was brilliant. She has a great knowledge of the market and was so helpful throughout the entire process. She actually staged our entire home (at no extra cost!) and made it look better than it had ever looked. I was seriously blown away by how much time and effort she put in to selling our house. I would recommend her time and time again!"

"As we are currently building a home, we needed a short-term rental while we wait for it to be built. We never imagined that with 2 dogs, and asking for a short term lease, we would be able to rent a home in our ideal neighborhood, but of course, Amy got it done! She has been so helpful throughout the entire process, reviewing the rental agreement, helping us communicate with the landlord, and answering any questions we may have."
