Amy Newcomb

Amy is a part of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team in Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Wilmington NC, Greenville, SC, Columbia SC, and the Outer Banks NC. 

Amy is a Charlotte native and College of Charleston alum with over 18 years of residential real estate operations experience ranging from listing and closing management to mortgage origination. As the Director of Operations for the Andy Bovender Team, she manages a team of operations and marketing professionals who strive to make every aspect of the real estate transaction as seamless as possible for both the clients and the team. 

Amy lives in Atlanta with her husband Stephen, daughters Mia, Brooke and Charley. When she’s not managing operations for the top team in the Carolinas, you can find her hanging out with neighbors watching the kids playing in the cul-de-sac, or catching a movie with Stephen.
