"Great job with negotiations!"
"We had a great experience with Amy. The first house we were interested in had a rough inspection, and Amy helped us to quickly find another place so we could still close on our desired date. She was wonderful to work with and did a great job working with the other Realtors and handling the negotiations on both sides." - Beth

"Amy functioned as the realtor for our house sale and for the purchase of a new home in a different part of the NW suburbs of Philadelphia. She graciously showed and chaperoned us for numerous houses across several weekends.
Amy was great in every aspect of the purchase and sale of our home and was able to work out fine details that allowed the move to be as smooth and seemless as possible. She was a GREAT asset and was great to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough." - Sean

"Amy sold our Triplex in in Germantown, in less than 10 days. She knew how to price it, and is a very good negotiator. She kept us abreast of inspections, deposits, dates, etc. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations."- Pat Q.
I obtained a PhD in Political Science from McGill University in Canada. After 10 years in higher education as a professor and director of a Master’s degree program in International Peace and Conflict Resolution at Arcadia University I left academia looking for a new challenge and, following in the footsteps of several generations of realtors and brokers in my family, became a real estate agent.
As a real estate agent, I love the game: the hustle, the strategy, negotiations and the victory of getting my clients what they want at a good price. My goals are to champion my clients’ wants and needs, get my clients the best deal, and be a supportive adviser and guide through one of the most important and stressful decisions in life.
Between my educational skills and training, teaching for 15 years, traveling to over 50 countries, working across diverse cultures and advocating for social justice and change for 25+ years, there are very few situations that rattle me. I don’t get flustered easily and I can maintain composure in any circumstance, which enables me to stay grounded and keep the focus on my clients, their needs, and keeping the transaction smooth for them. I have experienced a lot of success since moving into real estate 3 years ago with over $12 million in sales and 35+ deals. I was awarded Top 2% Producer and the “Shining Star” award while at my previous brokerage. I am incredibly grateful for my success, my clients, and my mentors.
