About Amy Cat
Iowa was the state Amy called home throughout her childhood. She felt fortunate to have been raised with the good values, good neighbors, and community of a Midwest upbringing. With many connections to Texas through family, education, business and longtime friends, Amy’s goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, she was fortunate enough to move, with her family of five children, to The Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, Amy wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a “hand up”. She decided to focus on charities and family fund raising opportunities, including Angel Tree, Montgomery County Women’s Shelter/Youth Services, In the Pink of Health and other charities for many years.
Amy has dabbled in home renovations up until 5 years ago, when she decided to further her career and obtain her Real Estate license. Amy realized the honor and joy she felt in working with families anywhere from first time homebuyers to luxury buyers/sellers and ultimately seeing many repeat clients and referrals, she truly felt she found her niche and her passion.Some of Amy’s accomplishments include: Top Individual Listing Agent in Brokerage, Top 10 in Closed Volume, Top 10 in Listing Volume, Top 10 in Listing Units and Amy has been selected as the Preferred Realtor with Fox Corporate Housing for all of Houston.
