About Amy
Amy Balducci joined the Compass team in January 2020 after a decade at Sotheby’s Greenwich. She has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condos and land in Greenwich and surrounding areas. Her real estate experience also includes commercial leasing locally and in New York City. Amy specializes in working with buyers new to Greenwich, residents who are ready to upgrade or downsize their living space, as well as important estates throughout the hamlets of Central Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside and Old Greenwich.
Amy puts the needs of her clients first and always goes the extra mile to facilitate the transaction for all parties. As a graduate of Princeton University, Amy continued honing her financial and business acumen as a management consultant where she worked on high-level strategy for a variety of Fortune 500 companies domestically and internationally. As a marketing executive for a cult skincare company, Amy led the development of their first online sales channel and customer relationship management system. The combination of all these skills allows her to assist her real estate clients with every need from positioning their property to sell, negotiating the highest and best outcome, or evaluating a sound real estate investment.
With Amy, you will get a polished, educated and experienced partner for all your real estate requirements in Greenwich. Her enthusiasm for this business and for satisfying her client’s ever-changing needs is palpable, and her transaction history and client testimonials speak for themselves. Amy is deeply involved with the Greenwich community where she and her husband have three children who attend Greenwich Country Day School. She is also an avid supporter of Global Lyme Alliance. When not touring homes, Amy enjoys SoulCycle, hosting dinner parties, skiing out west and traveling with her family to Montauk, Mexico and her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA.
