She was realistic yet thorough in negotiating the sales price and sellers assist. Amanda helped me find an apartment in Rittenhouse while I was also in the process of searching for a tenant for my town home in NJ. I began working with Amanda when we looked at a unit I found on Zillow that happened to be her showing. Once I told her what I was looking for, she set me up on the Compass app and regularly added apartments that she thought I would be interested in seeing. She worked around my availability and was always able to quickly schedule showings at the units I was interested in. She was very familiar with the area and found great units within the price range I was looking for. We ending up finding a newly renovated unit that I could not be happier with in a great location! She also connected me with a realtor in NJ to help me find a tenant for my townhouse. We had my unit rented out in less than a week with multiple applicants to choose from.
