Amanda and I hit it off from our first phone call. She listened to what we needed and was super personable. Even though I was still in Texas and she was in Georgia, she got to work making a list of rental properties we could see when I flew out to GA. She spent a whole Saturday with my husband and I looking at rentals, the good, the bad, and the ugly- and trust me, there were plenty bad and ugly! After about 4 weeks of searching, we decided to purchase a house in GA. I found houses to look at and Amanda got right on it contacting the sellers agents. She met me in Newnan GA and viewed homes and was so sweet when we decided to purchase South in Fortson, even though it was almost an hour and 1/2 drive for her. She was there every step of the way through the buying process, attended our walk through, and was there at the signing table. The entire experience was virtual and on FaceTime so Amanda played a critical part in making the experience smooth.  Wow, where do I begin. We love Amanda for everything we went through together especially when I was ready to throw in the towel she stuck in there and gave 110% to get this house for us. My husband and I were just doing drive-by's looking at some homes to see if we like any before contacting an agent but ran into Amanda at one of the homes we wanted to see (she just sold it), I instantly felt comfortable with her and she gave off a very caring, professional but sincerely friendly personality. It was like we were meant to be :) During the closing process, we hit some walls and fell into some ditches with the loan and was soooooooo done with it and wanted to just let it go but nay nay.
