Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Amalia worked in commercial real estate while attending the University of Oregon and then continued property management in California. With multiple years of experience in investment properties and management, Amalia has in-depth knowledge of finding investment properties including multi-family and vacation rentals.
Amalia has also worked with a number of clients out of area and specializes in the sale or purchase for clients who can't always be on-site/hands-on. She makes sure goals are addressed and details aren't missed. Whether working with a buyer and creating in-depth video homes tours, or coordinating all aspects of selling from start to finish, her goal is to make the transaction as easy as possible for her clients.
