About Alyssa

For close to a decade, Alyssa McKinnis has been involved in assisting others to fulfill their real estate goals. Alyssa’s real estate career began in Tampa, Florida with her mother who is a well respected Broker and transitioned to Village Real Estate in 2015 with a move to Nashville, Tennessee.  Alyssa is an honored member of the widely recognized Urban Nashville team that specializes in a plethora of multi-family projects in Middle Tennessee. 

 

Alyssa has assisted in the planning and selling process of multiple new construction projects in Nashville that include Archer at 12th (50 units), Riverwalk at Mill Creek (50 units), Woodstock at Chestnut Hill (42 units), 1041 Flats (71 units), Hamilton + Martin (27 units), Harold & Owen (46 units), Dudley Park (24 units), as well as assisting in the final sales of the astounding 505 Tower in downtown Nashville. Furthermore, Alyssa has sold over 200 million dollars in development sales as well as maintaining a strong client base throughout her career.
