A fourth-generation realtor, Alycia Foley truly has real estate in her bones. After buying her first home, she embraced her destiny and became an agent, first in Washington, D.C., then in New York. Thanks to this experience, Alycia is able to connect with clients from across the country. As a former federal investigator, Alycia honed her skills of reading people and listening to what they really want. This talent helps her clients find their ideal home and realize their real estate dreams.
Alycia is especially skilled at working with first-time homebuyers, guiding each client through the process with patience and understanding. She is dedicated to our community’s heroes, particularly military and veteran clients, helping them navigate homeownership programs.
In her spare time, you’ll find Alycia walking her French bulldog, Quincy, rooting for her hometown Boston teams (go Patriots!), and traveling to Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard – her childhood vacation spots. She lives in Nolita and works with clients all Manhattan and Brooklyn. Alycia received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree from George Washington University. She enjoys group fitness classes and meeting friends for happy hour. She deems a real estate transaction a success when a client becomes a friend.
