About Allie
Allie has worked alongside Nick Gavin and his top Compass team for nearly 7 years, and is a founding member of Nick Gavin Properties at Compass, a nationally recognized real estate enterprise.

In her current role as Senior Associate, she draws from her hospitality background to create seamless, client-oriented transactions. She has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and has overseen the successful transfer of hundreds of leases. As a result, Allie is exceedingly well-versed in the sales and rental processes in condos, coops, townhouses and new developments. She's been cited numerous times in the New York Post and The Real Deal for her successes in the industry.

Allie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island. She considers herself tremendously fortunate to call Fort Greene, 'home'.
